We customize our help based on a needs assessment. Services may include bookkeeping, payables, receivables, reconciling, reviewing, financial reporting, or various other services. We will also partner with your tax accountant - or you can use ours! - to ensure a seamless transfer of financial data for stress-free year end tax preparation.

PAYROLL

The filing of registration forms to open accounts with the taxing authorities for any of the 50 states.  We offer full service payroll processing in any state, direct deposit and tax payments or preparation of quarterly and annual reports only.  1099 processing is also available.

QUICKBOOKS

We can assist with setting up a new or existing company file along with offering training and customized procedure manuals.  Reviewing or clean-up of a file is also available.

FINANCIAL CONSULTING

We set up company structures with forms completion for federal and state identification and services. We also help small business owners reduce stress and improve decision-making with monthly reviews, financial data organization, budgeting and cash-flow, planning and business process improvements.

BUSINESS CONSULTING

We offer operations assessment and support, HR and employee training assistance programs, procedure development and implementation.
